He was born in İzmir in 1985. After graduating from Galatasaray High School in 2004, he graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Law in 2008 with full scholarship. He is still continuing his postgraduate education in Financial Law at Istanbul University Faculty of Law.
He is a member of Galatasaray Community Association and Galatasaray Sports Club. In addition, he is also the General Secretary of the Board of Galatasaray Thought Association.
He founded MCS Law Firm in 2015. He works in the fields of Commercial and Corporate Law, Intellectual and Industrial Property Law, Administrative Law, Tax Law, Public Procurement and Privatization Law, Customs Law and Finance and Capital Oriented Investment Law, Real Estate Law. He speaks English and French.

She was born in Diyarbakır in 1965. She graduated from Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Law in 1989.
Between 1989 and 1994, she worked as a lawyer affiliated with the Izmir Bar Association, and in 1995 she was registered with the Istanbul Bar Association and established the same office. She founded the Şencan Law Firm in 1995, Mr. ŞENCAN provides services in the fields of Civil Law, Law of Obligations, Real Estate and Development Law and Commercial Law.
